Type II Tibial Eminence Fracture 9y/o female c/o severe knee pain after fall from bicycle. A/P and Lateral injury films demonstrate anterior half of tibial eminence avulsed from its bone bed. Patient had large painfull hemarthrosis. |

Consented for Arthroscopic reduction and internal fixation. Hemarthrosis aspirated in O.R. Closed reduction with leg extended demonstrated near anatomic reduction. Placed in long leg cast in extention. |

A/P and Lateral views at 8weeks demonstrate healed tibial eminence fracture. Patient had full ROM and a 1+ Lachman. |
