Radial Head Replacement Cases

$radial head fracture fragments$	Fracture was felt to be too comminuted for ORIF at surgery. Removed radial head pieces were reconstructed on the back table to ensure all fragments were removed.
	Radial head replacement was performed. Examination after repair revealed full ROM including suppination / pronation with varus-valgus stability. Intra-operative lateral view shown.
