PIN Compression Anatomy
- Most common site of compression is the arcade of Frohse.
- Other sites of compression: leash of Henry, ECRB / ECRL, Supinator muscle.
- PIN innervates the EDC followed by the ECU, EDQ, EIP.
- In terms of recovery after nerve injury the EIP is the most distal muscle innervated recovers last. First to return is EDC followed by the ECU, EDQ. Last is EIP.
