  • involve both the tibiocalcaneal and talonavicular joints.

  • AP foot shows position of talonavicular joint and evidence of impaction.
  • CT recommend to R/O occult fracture

  • sedation, knee flexion, firm longitudinal traction for closed reduction
  • usually stable after reduction
  • early ROM to prevent ankle stiffness.  if closed reduction without fx early weight bearing.  After
  • closed reduction with nondisplaced fx nonweightbearing 4-6 wks.
