• Traction apophysitis of the 5th metatarsal.
• Generally occurs in running, cutting, jumping sports.

Iselin's Disease Classification / Treatment

• Activity modifications, NSAIDs, foot everter and plantar flexor stretching; dorsiflexor and inverter strengthening. Consider casting in resistant cases.
