- Generally occurs from compression of the pudendal nerve fromt he perineal post during distraction for hip arthroscopy or antegrade nailing of femoral shaft fractures.

Classification / Treatment
- Attention to detail in placement of the patient and adequate padding can minimize this risk
- Treatment = observation, generally recovers over time.
