• Ankylosing spondylitis
• Psoriatic arthritis
• Reiter’s syndrome
• Colitic arthritis.

Characterized by:

• onset usually before age 40 years
• inflammatory arthritis affecting large peripheral joints
• absence of serum autoantibodies,
• association with antigen HLA-B2
